When we meet:

• We meet on Thursday Nights (September-May)  with socializing
  starting at 7:30 p.m. annoucments starting at 7:45 p.m. and programming starting at 8:00 pm.

• We meet and every other week from June-August.
• Check the calendar for specific information and if meetings are in-person
  and/or via Zoom
• See inclement weather policy below

Inclement Weather Policy:

When BALTIMORE COUNTY SCHOOLS are closed, close early or cancel evening activities, the Baltimore Camera Club will NOT have the scheduled IN PERSON meeting.
The President, VP Competitions or VP Programs will send out an email by 3pm of that Thursday to inform the membership on whether the meeting has been:

1) converted to a virtual/zoom meeting (if possible); or

2) if it has been cancelled completely. If the meeting is already a full virtual meeting, then it will take place, as scheduled.
